Program Wish Lists

At CCSEM, we believe in the power of community support and always need various items that help us serve our communities effectively. Our mission is deeply rooted in providing essential assistance, ranging from food and clothing to hygiene items, baby supplies, and toys. There's always an opportunity for you to get involved and make a significant impact. 

We invite you to review our carefully curated wish lists, organized by category, to see how you can contribute to our cause. You will always know where your donations will be used!  

Food and Pantry Items
Adult Day Services

CCSEM's Adult Day Service Centers always need the following food and snack items for our many adult day clients:   

  • Sugar-free candy, snacks, crackers, and cookies 
  • Any type of cookies, crackers, and individual snacks for our guests.  

Drop-off times and location:

Donations can be dropped off at the Adult Day Service Center on the campus of St. Lucy's Catholic Church in the former convent and chapel at 23405 Jefferson Ave., St Clair Shores

We understand that everyone has different schedules. That's why we offer multiple ways to make your donation. You can drop off your donation in person on the following days or make an appointment by calling (586) 412-8494 ext. 4014 or email Nikki Harvey, Program Director directly at harveyh@ccsem.org

All Saints Soup Kitchen & Food Pantry

All Saints Soup Kitchen & Food Pantry is always in need of the following pantry items:

  • Canned meats (tuna fish, chicken, etc.)
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt/pepper
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Canned Ravioli
  • Beef stew
  • Spaghetti & meatballs
  • Large bottles of fruit juices (orange, apple)

Drop-off times and location:

Donations can be made on the following days at the All Saints Soup Kitchen & Food Pantry located at 6945 Wagner Detroit, MI 48210

Monday
1 pm - 3 pm

Wednesday

Center for the Works of Mercy

The Center for the Works of Mercy is always in need of the following pantry and food items:

Canned Goods:

  • • Fruit: Peaches, Pears, Mixed Fruit
    • Vegetables: Green beans, corn, peas, mixed vegetables, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato sauce
    • Meat: Chicken in a pouch or can, Tuna in a pouch or can, Beef in a can
    • Beans: Black, Pinto, Pork and Beans
    • Spaghetti O's/Ravioli
    • Chicken Noodle Soup

Other Pantry Staples:

  • • Peanut Butter
    • Jelly/Jam in plastic containers
    • Canola Oil/Corn oil in plastic containers
    • Salt, Pepper
    • Cereal
    • Oatmeal

La Casa Amiga Community Programs

La Casa Amiga Community programs in Pontiac are always in need of the following pantry and food items:

  • Cooking oil
  • Canned Chicken Soup
  • Canned Tomatoes Soup
  • Dry bag or Canned Beans
  • Canned vegetables/ Fruits
  • Canned Tuna/Chicken
  • Rice
  • Salt/pepper
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Canned Beef stew
  • Canned Spaghetti & meatballs
  • Orange Juices, Apple juices

Donations can be dropped off at La Casa Amiga Community Programs

Senior Outreach Program

CCSEM's Senior Outreach Program needs the following food and pantry items:

  • Canned meats like chicken, tuna, and salmon
  • Canned pasta meals like SpaghettiOs, ravioli, and such
  • Canned meals like chili, beef stew, and soups that provide protein and veggie options

Donations can be dropped off at the Senior Outreach Program pantry site located on the campus of St. Lucy's Catholic Church in the former convent and chapel at 23405 Jefferson Ave., St Clair Shores

Donations can be made in person on the following days or by appointment by calling (586) 267-0212.

Toiletries and Personal Hygiene Products
Center for the Works of Mercy

CCSEM's Center for the Works of Mercy in Detroit is always in need of the following personal hygiene products: 

  • Deodorant
  • Wash Cloths
  • Razors
  • Shaving cream
  • Bath soup
  • Body wash
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Toothpaste
  • Toothbrushes
  • Combs/Brushes

Mercy Clothing Closet inside the Center for the Works of Mercy

CCSEM's Mercy Clothing Closet, located inside the Center for the Works of Mercy in Detroit, is seeking new or gently used clothing, apparel and homewares, including the following: 

Clothing/Apparel items:

  • • Hoodies (all sizes)
    • Lady’s undershirts
    • Lady’s underwear
    • Men’s blue jeans
    • Men’s boxers and briefs
    • Men’s shoes
    • Men’s undershirts
    • Men’s clothes all sizes

Paper Products, Craft Supplies, and Misc. Items
Adult Day Services

CCSEM's Adult Day Service Centers always need disposable paper products and craft supplies for our guests!  We are looking for new, unused, or unopen items including: 

  • disposable cups, plates, napkins, and plasticware
  • craft project materials, including glue, markers, paper, yarn, cardstock, beads, crayons, construction paper, and other craft-related materials and items!
