Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM) is looking for individuals to join our 2019 Annual Celebration Planning Committee. Next year the event will take place on April 27 at a new venue – Petruzzello's Banquet and Conference Center in Troy. Farrah Shammas, CCSEM Manager of Engagement and Outreach, said Catholic Charities needs people interested in rolling up their sleeves and helping make the 2019 CCSEM Gala the best event yet. “So much depends on those who are doing the planning,” she stressed. “We love our volunteers. They are one of the pillars of Catholic Charities. They carry a special love for the ministries and those we serve – they truly are Christ’s hands.” Those interested in volunteering should plan on attending a monthly meeting lasting one hour to an hour-and-a-half.
