Tanja Spencer

« All Therapists

Tanja Spencer obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree (1989) and her Master of Social Work degree (1990) from Wayne State University. She received her A.C.S.W. credential from the National Association of Social Workers (1994). Spencer has been a clinical therapist working with older adults and some Family Preservation clients for Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan and Catholic Social Services of St. Clair County since July of 1993. Her areas of expertise include: marital issues and anxiety management. Her work history includes: Blue Water Center for Christian Counseling (1994-2013), and the Hurley Medical Center, Flint (1990-1992). Treatment philosophy: “To facilitate an individual’s efforts to attain emotional health potential.”
