“I believe that seeking therapy is a sign of courage and strength! By attending therapy, clients may obtain clarity on difficult issues, gain feedback and develop solutions that work for them. Clients tell me I am easy to talk to. I provide a safe, encouraging, empathetic environment while I teach healthy coping techniques so that clients can reach their fullest potential.”
