“My treatment philosophy is that each person is an expert in his or her own life,” said Izabela. My work is centered towards helping that person to acknowledge their potential and to guide that person to live a purposeful, successful, enjoyable, and fulfilled life. I firmly believe that people have the right to live the best life possible. I provide a safe and supporting environment for my clients as I encourage them to discover their passions and work with them to achieve their goals.”
“I have experience working with addiction, substance abuse, anxiety and fears, behavior problems, couples counseling, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, family counseling, life coaching, grief and loss, OCD, parenting issues, and relationship issues. I practice integrative therapy with the focus on a client centered approach, CBT and psychodynamic theory. My philosophy is based on the certainty that positivity and full focus on the mind and body as a whole are essential for satisfaction in life.”
