Evelyn Reilly

Evelyn Reilly earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Wayne State University in 2013 and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University in 2017. She is now a State of Michigan-credentialed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has earned National Certified Counselor (NCC) status through the National Board of Certified Counselors. Evelyn currently works as a clinical therapist with CCSEM seeing clients in Port Huron. Evelyn’s goal as a therapist is to assist clients in discovering and utilizing their strengths to implement positive change in their lives. She employs a client-centered, strengths-based approach, incorporating skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, existentialism, and psychodynamic theory in order to meet each individual’s counseling needs. Evelyn has experience working with adults, and teens in several areas including addiction and substance use, depression and anxiety, trauma, and adjustment to life stressors.
