Ariane joined CCSEM’s Monroe office in 2017 having earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Adrian College in 2012 and her Master’s of Arts in Counseling from Oakland University in 2017. “My approach to therapy starts by creating a strong foundation of trust, support, and safety,” said Ariane. “I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and have the capabilities necessary to reach their goals. I use a combination of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and a person-centered approach. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients, so they can move toward the best life possible.” Ariane’s specialties include counseling support to address addiction issues, anxiety, challenges relating to adoption and autism, depression, domestic abuse and violence, eating disorders, learning disabilities, obsessive-compulsive disorders, relationship issues, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorders. She works with children, adolescents, and adults.
