Description

We are seeking an individual to work as a Front Desk Coordinator in our Detroit office at the Center for the Works of Mercy. An ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering phones and basic service questions and scheduling. The individual will also prepare client documents for service programs and refer non-eligible clients to other appropriate agencies. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has great communication skills, is empathetic and will exhibit professionalism. The candidate must be highly organized, have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google platforms). A successful candidate is someone who demonstrates the willingness to assist.
