Crystal DeGrandchamp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012 and after working as a preschool teacher for three years, she enrolled in a graduate level counseling program. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling in May 2017 and received her National Certified Counselor (NCC) credential from the National Board of Certified Counselors. Crystal is now a State of Michigan-credentialed Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) and a clinical therapist with CCSEM with expertise in children and adolescent mental health, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, adjustment to life changes, behavioral problems, and substance abuse. Crystal uses a person-centered and existential approach utilizing techniques in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and play therapy to provide each client with a personalized counseling experience.
