Days/Hours Worked: 9am – 2pm
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Services related field preferred.
Experience Requirements: The best candidate will be a person who has strong organizational skills and basic bookkeeping skills. The candidate must have good written, interpersonal and computer skills.
Special Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
We are seeking an individual to work as a Client Services Coordinator in our La Casa Amiga Legal Clinic. The Client Services Coordinator is the front desk receptionist who greets people, answers the phone, schedules appointments, accepts money, make bank deposits, helps with credit card reconciliations, and assists with the legal clinic. The best candidate will be a person who has strong organizational skills and basic bookkeeping skills. The candidate must have good written, interpersonal and computer skills. A successful candidate should be conscientious, hardworking and also have a sense of compassion and patience to share our mission to serve our community and the people in need. They also need to have experience working with Hispanic population.
